trying to mimic dropdown menu of website

I noticed the dropdown menus at stripe.com are really nice. I inspected the code and it appears that they are using jquery, but I cannot tell if it is a plugin or all coded from scratch. Does anyone know how I can mimic that dropdown menu effect on our site?
