UI dialog is buggy?

UI dialog is buggy?

Hello folks. I've bee reading the jquery ui dialog documentation. I've alot of learning where javascript is concerned, but am getting there little by little. It seems that the jquery dialogue is a little buggy... or perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

the box dialog box works fine when you click on the link. My issue is when you refresh the page, the box that is supposed to be hidden, briefly shows up.... (refresh the page and look below the link)....l

is this a jquery bug? Or am I doing something wrong?
