UI download builder - packed version error

I'm having trouble downloading a customised, packed version of the
Jquery UI - the jquery-ui-personalized-1.6rc2.js file generated is
empty (0kb in size). I just wondered if anybody else has a similar
problem.
Really appreciate the hard work you folks have done on UI and its
documentation btw!
