UI ignoring CSS

UI ignoring CSS

Hi Everyone- 

Brand new, and am having problems getting going.  Followed directions on Getting Started.  Have used the Download Builder.  Distributed the CSS, JS to the appropriate folders on my server.  Have copied and pasted the form tag and javascript from the index into my HTML.  Updated the link paths to CSS and JS in my HTML and... no go.

The component I downloaded was for buttons.  The radio buttons appear, but are not styled as buttons.  What have I missed?  Thanks- excited to get going!
