UI Tickets on Core's trac

Hi guys
I'm getting around 3-5 tickets for UI a day. I'm quite tired of
closing them with the same speech.
I already added a note on our trac, but it seems many people don't
read it.
Is there something else we can do to save this wasted time from now
on ?
