Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined

I am trying to add jQuery PanelSnap to a site I am working on and I am getting a conflict in the console. The error is "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined"

I need it to snap to the divs with the class .x-content-band but it is not working. Can you help me out?
