I am trying to make use of a draggable div which has a vertically scrollable ( overfolw: auto) content. If I click anywhere on the scrollbar surface and then release the mouse button, the window will automatically enter the dragging mode 

Can you, please, suggest a workaround?

I am using the Chrome 9.0 browser.
