Upgrading existing custom theme to new jQueryUI

Hi all,

I've got a custom Themeroller theme that I built with for an older (1.7) version of jQueryUI. I'd like to upgrade to the new 1.8.5 version, but I'd also like to upgrade my custom theme. Is there a way to do this?
