Upgrading jquery library from 1.3.2 to the latest stable jQuery 1.11 ?

I am currently using jQuery-1.3.2 & jQuery UI-1.6 and planning to upgrade both the libraries to the latest stable version.  Need some suggestions or best approach(links / blog / docs) to upgrading the jquery library from 1.3.2 to the latest stable jQuery 1.11 ?
