I'm new to jQuery and everything. 

I would like to create a page on a schools website as an Online Application for new students. 

I found  http://mstratman.github.io/jQuery-Smart-Wizard/ but I do not know how to create more steps for personal info and stuff and how to submit it at the end to an email address. 

Can anyone please help me or show me to a tutorial or something better where I can just add steps and add an email address. I tried Formstack, but I don't know how to divide the sections into PREVIOUS and NEXT steps and stuff.
