Using Eclipse, MDS AppLaud and jQuery Mobile doesn't build, gives error 9

Hi I am using the following versions:

Eclipse SDK Version: 4.2.0

PhoneGap/Cordova 1.4.1

jQuery Mobile 1.1.0

And I cannot build or compile my generate project as it gives the following error message:

The default case is already defined jquery.mobile-1.1.0.min.js /[name]/assets/www/jquery.mobile line 45 JavaScript Problem

and the automatic build throws an error 9

Can anyone help and explain what's happening here please?
