I'm new to using jquery, just a couple of basic starter questions.

I found a great example of a rangeslider - I notice the script src points to the code.jquery.com external source locations. Do I need to rely on code.jquery.com being available 100% of the time to use this?

Is it possible to override the styling for this control? 

This is for commercial use, do I need to acknowledge jquery in our about us / licensing section?
