Using Follow Scroll with jqxTree

I am trying to create a jqxtree menu in the left column of my website and make the menu follow the visitor as they scroll. I installed the follow scroll plugin and it works. When I insert the divs for the jqxTree plugin within the follow scroll div the scroll does not work. Your help in solving this problem will be greatly appreciated.
