Using jQuery Mobile in my Asp.Net Web Application?

I have checked example applications on this web site and one of them used aspx pages for Sign up etc
So I hope I can also utilize that, please guide me about that.
I want to develop a medium scale web site for mobile using jQuery Mobile.
I want to know:
- Can I place the jQuery Mobile page inside my aspx page?
- Can I place aspx page inside a jQuery Mobile page OR in other words can I use a server
side language (asp.net or php) inside a jQuery Mobile page???
Please help me in this regard.
