Using Lightbox image resizing animation effect without the rest of Lightbox?

Using Lightbox image resizing animation effect without the rest of Lightbox?


Wondering if there's a way of using Lightbox's image resizing
animation effect without loading the rest of the functionality of the
plugin?
I'm using a very simple clean script (jqgalscroll) for a photo gallery
but I'd love to add the resizing animation.
