v0.2 Release of karma.js

v0.2 Release of karma.js

<div>I am proud to release karma.js version 0.2 today. karma.js is a library for manipulating HTML 5 and SVG. It was developed specifically for educational applications but can be used for general development. I use karma.js together with jQuery and I believe the libraries complement each other. For this reason I am notifying the jquery-dev mailing list.</div>
