Validate Plugin

Does anybody knows why the Jörn Zaefferer's great Validator Plugin, randomly sets a "display:block" to the error or valid element ??

The thing is, that is causing the element to show inappropriately [Sorry for the Google Translate :-S] And don't know how to prevent it ...
