Validation not working IE8

jQuery validation is working in Firefox but not in IE8. I am using the following javascripts:

jquery-1.9.1.js
jquery-1.9.1.min.js
jquery.validate.js

Now again, this is working perfectly in Firefox.

Let me know if anyone wants me to post my code here. You should be able to see everything you need since I supplied my development link above. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
