VERY URGENT : Need Solution For Jquery Conflict (jquery.lightbox-0.5.js and jquery-1.4.4.min.js)

I'm having a critical problem with Jquery.

There is 2 section for jquery.

1 = This is Full Width Image Slideshow
2 = This is Light Box.

1 is working but 2 is not working with me.

Can you please tell me the solution, How I will work with both Coding?
