I am a beginner trying to build a webpage. Here is what I want to do but I am not sure how to describe it:

I am basically looking for a HTML code or CSS, or some simple Jquery code:

(but I think it can be done with just simple HTML codes)

 

Say that I have a wepage with a full page of words.. and i need to scroll up and down to see all the information. But I know there's a code that when you press on a link on the webpage it will bring you down to the content you want to see, in other words, it helps you scroll to the information you want by just pressing the link.
