Weird Safari Issue

I'm having a weird problem in Safari when I refresh the page. I'm using the fadeIn and fadeOut to display an info menu and am also using slideToggle to slide a menu down when a link is clicked. For some reason, these actions work when I first load the page, but when I refresh it, these actions don't work at all. I am not having these problems in chrome or IE. Anyone else having this problem?
