On the bottom set of select boxes "ACD1 and ACD2".

What can I do to have these paired select boxes act as a set all the way down the form.

If I have only one set on the page this works fine, but when I have multiple sets the first set is the only one getting manipulated.  The link below has three sets.

The amount per page will differ so I'm not sure how I can use ID's.  Some records will have acdsel-0 thru acdsel-10, while others will only have acdsel-0

I asked this yesterday but I'm not sure my question was formed well enough.

Any ides on what I can do?
I feel like I'm sooo close.
