What in gods name is wrong with this website?

i registered for the plugins section thinking it might be easier to search through all the bunk that's applicable to earlier versions of JQuery. Imagine my surprise when i register, follow the link in the activation email, even change my password but i am denied access to plugins when im a member, THE PLUGINS ARE VIEWABLE PUBLICLY, WTF?!?!?!?!?!?
