I'm trying to make the inventory system on my text game have popups when you click a item's image. The popup should have buttons that allow you to equip, eat, drop, or add to your shop.

If I pre-loaded all the popups and simply made them visible, there would need to be dozens of them...so how could I make a popup system that would create the popup dynamically and populate it with item-specific buttons?
