What web providers support jQuery installation?

What web providers support jQuery installation?

I have had my website hosted with iPage for several years. I asked them if they had jQuery available on their servers, and they said no. They also said it wasn't something I could install on my own domain. I would very much like to use jQuery to make this page (  http://poetskaraoke.com/songtable.html ) available on my website, but as it is now it’s painfully slow. 

Is there a way to speed this up without having jQuery hosted on my site, or can you recommend a host that offers jQuery support?
