Where to get plugins from? http://dev.jquery.com/ no longer is accessible

I have a website that relies upon a .js file from: http://dev.jquery.com/view/trunk/plugins/validate/jquery.validate.js
It seems that dev.jquery.com has either been taken down or is having some serious problems.
This has been causing me issues and I'm wondering if there is an alternate location I could get a copy of that file from?
The fellow that developed the site left an absolute reference to the file which is why I'm having this issue.
