Choose Yes for  Are you an Existing Customer

Then enter anything i Customer ID, leave the Last name blank you'll get a validation error asking you to enter both

but when you leave the Customer ID blank and enter the last name it doesn't do the same, it proceeds with show ajax action although both required are set to true

Where is my mistake?
