$.widget tutorial

I was trying to learn how to use $.widget to create my own components
and found the official documentation at docs.jquery.com/UI/
Developer_Guide hard to understand, so I created a tutorial, mostly to
help me get my thoughts in order, but others may find it helpful. It's
