I have been using the jQuery CDN over HTTPS to serve up jQuery to my site users.

Today I see that all HTTPS links to *.jquery.com are redirecting to non-SSL, which is breaking the sites I have.

Any particular reason for this change?

Also, links to the jQuery CDN from Google search results page again point to HTTPS, but direct to HTTP. Is this some kind of cost-cutting measure?
