1.4.2 is different when built from source

I have just used make to build jQuery 1.4.2 from source and compared my file with the file hosted on jQuery.com. I wanted to see if I did it correctly. My output differers from the jquery.com file.
Did I do something wrong or is there a bug somewhere? The headers/comments of both files are identical. I have attached my output.
