Your question is not clear, to me anyway, but Accordion has several methods to make it do things.  For example, the activate method opens an Accordion pane.  So the following opens the 4th pane, since numbers start at zero

$('#sections').accordion('activate',3);

One of the methods, option, gives you access to all the options in Accordion.
Take a look at the documentation and see the available commands via methods and options.
