Accordion malfunction (DDs will not close when DT clicked)

I thought I had this problem licked. My script only runs when the DL class has more than 0 objects. Then when a dt is clicked, it shows the sibling DD. But I can not get it to reverse its action. Somewhere my script is confused. Can someone point out my newbie mistake?? It has to be something really simple that I am overlooking. Page where I am using it is at http://www.serco-hrc.com/crseCatalog/AmmoManPoS.html.
It is not the job you get handed, but what you have done with it in the end that people remember.
