Accordion working in reverse

I'm hoping someone can shed some light. I have the basic setup for the mouseover accordion, but for some reason, it shows my drop downs by default and then covers them up on mouse over, essentially working in reverse. Can someone take a look at my code and tell me what I'm doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
