@watusiware - As far as a styleguide goes, there are very specific XML formats needed for the API docs so let Anne or myself know if you wanted to help out there.
For the new demos, we're going to come up with a new IA and look and feel so at the moment, we're just roughing out examples that illustrate how to customize or extend the library so the format is a bit in flux.
That said, if you wanted to go into master and look in docs/demos/_demo-template for an example of the "sampler" style pages we're using for widgets that include the new view source widget. That is a good starting point for a new demo page.
For more customized, real-world demos just today we've agreed to take a two page approach where we link to a demo landing page that will explain how the code works (like a tutorial) with a button to view the demo. This example has the two pages, but the first page doesn't yet have a narrative.
Lastly, we need to have a section of articles and tutorials that will cover topics like getting started, working with phonegap, etc.
I know you're a very active contributor here on the forums, it would be great if you wanted to contribute cool demos or articles on topics that you know people ask about frequently.
We just started sketching out a laundry list of widgets, demos, and articles here if you want to suggest topics:
Anything you see that's missing is definitely worth noting so we can be sure to add it to the API site or demos for the next pass.
Thanks,
Todd
