Add hyperlinks connected to image slider

I'm trying to add hyperlinks to a page within my site instead of the bullets you usually get in sliders. I'm using a slider called Orbit. But if anyone else knows a better slider for what I'm trying to accomplish I could use that instead.
So, the effect I'm trying to get is 4 images in the slider which are connected to their own link beneath the slider, which leads to 4 different pages within my site. When the images "slide" to the next one, the link connected to it lights up and if you click on the link you go to the page.
If anyone knows how to do this I would be very grateful! I don't know enough about jquery to figure it out myself.
