Are you writing your own or using a plugin?
The key is using formData in the ajax request if it is supported by the browser or a hidden iframe if it is not.

ty for comment. can you show me an example ?
i have my own ads mega engine and for this need the image and text upload.
im use jqueyForm but i think it not supports text fields.

A while back I wrote jQuery HTML5 file upload with Percentage. There are many others out there on the Internet.

Search for jQueryAJAX file upload. It depends on the bells and whistles you want.
