We (iHwy) launched this site today and it's fully loaded with jquery stuff. Plugins used include: blockui, jqModal, cookie, qtip, url, validate, alerts, easing, idtabs, metadata, scrollto, timepicker (customized). Trimpath templates (non-jquery) are also used extensively.
