You can use the ideas in the window.name transport by Kris Zyp: 

It basically creates and submits a form to another location.  

You might even be able to do this just by creating a form pointing to your page and submitting it. Then re-directing the person back.

At the moment i fixed this by creating a iFrame with jQuery and add the attribute src with the url. The next time you want to submit the old iframe will be removed.
