The "content" doesn't have a single size, since it's two-dimensional and contains content that re-flows. If you make the dialog wider, it won't require as much height. If you make the dialog skinnier it will need more height to fit the content without a vertical scrollbar. So at least one of the two dimensions needs to be set to calculate the other dimension. We have the dialog width set to a default of 300px (which you can reconfigure) and the height set to auto, so dialogs already auto-size, but they do it the only way they can, with one dimension pre-set.a) check the size of the "content"
