Banner Ad, Navbar in Fixed Footer links do not work
in jQuery Mobile

Hi,
I am working with jQM 1.1.1 and two things are not working. If I put a navbar in a data-role="footer" data-position="fixed" and place a Navbar or a banner ad in it, the links in the Navbar and the link for the banner ad only work correctly if the page is scrolled to the top. If the user scrolls down the page, the links no longer work.
How do I correct this?
