I have done a little more test on this.
This is probably because I bind the method using the shortcut
$("td").click(function(){ ... })
and the <label> with a for attribute will trigger default event that check the <input>
this default behavior is conflicting with my event handler.

I have try event.stopPropagate() and triggerEvent("click"), none works.
Please tell me how to work this out if you know how to, appreticate.

You'll need to bind a handler to the <label> to prevent its default action (which may not actually be a desirable outcome)

$("td label").click(function() {

 e.preventDefault();

})

I figure it out.
stop browser default action by event.preventDefault()
use a data instead of the <input>.checked
re-assign the data value to <input>.checked in my <td>.click handler.

Or you could use valid html because as far as i know <label /> is not valid... it has no opening tag..

$('<td><label>My Label</label><input id="" /></td>')....
