button listener

dear fellow jQuery users,

im currently having a problem with button press.

I don't know how to assign a listener to a button. Because right now when you press ANY button it will do the same animation, but when you press the yellow button I do want to achieve that the yellow bar is animated, but I'm currently struck on the proces of : how to create those listeners? The animation is all set, but the problem is I don't know how to proceed right now.

I've been looking for a several days now, and I finally realised that I should beg for help at this forum. I hope this is the right place to do so! So please would you be so gentle to help me out a little bit? So I can see the end of the tunnel!

Currently you have it animating all the boxes when any of them is clicked. Just separate them:

$('.textlb').animate({rotate: 45, marginTop: 50, marginLeft: -10}, 700);
});
$('.rb').click(function(event) {
$('.rb').animate({width: 150, height: 150, top: 235, left: 10}, 700);
