Button style like in Themeroller

Hi! I saw a coll radio button in Themeroller

, but i do not understand, how to insert this button to web page. Then I insert this button, i see button like this, but without radio. Please, explain to me, how to make this button.

The same way you would do any button with jQuery UI. Button | jQuery UI has demos that will take any theme.

at this link there is no buttons like in my example, combined button with radio. In this example https://jqueryui.com/button/#radio without radio pin.
