Can anyone help me with a jQuery Slideshow?

My goal is too have 2 images out of 12 shown at all times and when you click the left or right nav buttons, it will cycle through them and then repeat once you've went through them all.
Out of the two displayed, when you click, i want the first one to fade and another to appear.
Right now all i got working is i got them all hidden, 2 showing and i can get the first to fadeout but when the next one replaces it, nothing else wants to fill it's place..
It's very frustrating. and any help would be appreciated!
