I have a list that will be populated dynamically and provide a list of Results.  Some of these Results will have a report and some will not.

On the list-items with a report I want to retain the right arrow (arrow-r) to indicate another page, but on the list-items with no report I do not want the arrow to be there as it will be just a blank link using the #.

Any help would be really appreciated.
