it appears you haven't loaded your theme file.
You need to load the theme CSS first, and then load jquery.mobile.structure.css, rather than jquery.mobile.css.

Hi.
Thanks for your interest.
After some more tests and your suggestion I think I have the key.
I believe the themes are ok, the problem is the way I create the table. I have updated the fiddle.
The same table using jquery fails (just in FireFox) but works ok when you build by hand.
Please take a look at fiddle, maybe you can guide me to fix this problem.

Your new fiddle can't work, because you've duplicated an ID within the page.
I still don't see where you have loaded a theme.
You haven't actually stated what problem you see. Only that "it works OK in all browsers other than FF.".

Hi again.
Not fixed yet.
The fiddle has two tables, one created using jquery and the other not (same table)
I have changed ids and I attach a image, maybe it can ilustrate my question better...
About loaded themes, I use these from:

Still confused about the theme. Here, you seem to imply you have created a theme using ThemeRoller (assume jroller as a typo?):
But you do not load any custom theme in your Fiddle. You are loading the standard jQuery Mobile CSS, which includes the default theme.
data-column-btn-theme="f" is just a simple theme created with jroller

Hi.
In the last fiddle:
I have eliminated all references to my own theme (theme="f"), and I have simplified as much as possible the example to ilustrate the problem.
I think the image attached is self-explained.
Table id="table-correct" is correct
Table id="table-incorrect" created using jquery is not correct.
Any idea?
