The idea that the comment system on the API docs would have the ability to re-route the user automatically to either the forums, the API docs, or the bug tracker seems like a pretty intense bit of integration and effort that is probably better spent in other arenas.
It is much easier to inform people about the purpose of the API doc commenting and direct them to the right venue for their query. Forum posts don't magically turn into tickets, IRC questions don't magically turn into forum posts, and I can't see why the comment system on the API docs should turn into a clearinghouse for all possible forms of communication related to jQuery.
Support requests, bug reports, and off-topic comments will be deleted without warning.
