Create iPhone Home Shortcut

Since it appears Apple will not approve a PhoneGap app that does nothing but load a website, anyone got any bright ideas of how to handle a JQM app on an IOS device? I could have the users visit the website and click to created a homepage shortcut, but that is too difficult for most users.

Anyone know of a program or method that wouls allow sharing of home page shortcuts? Or some web page code like a desktop browser could use... "click here to bookmark this page..."?
