Cufon fonts wont display in a cluetip

Hi all,
I am using the cluetip plugin to display certain forms in my webapp. I have cufon set up to replace any <h> tags which works perfectly everywhere else throughout my site. For some reason however if I try to display any replaced fonts from within a locally pulled cluetip the div itself renders fine but the text is invisible.
Any ideas, i'm a bit stumped on this one.
