I am not having an issue downloading a custom Theme.

Can you provide more specifics into the what you are selecting when you create your theme and what options are selected when you hit download from the download builder?

You can copy the url of the themeroller page right before you hit download theme and paste that in as that will capture your custom theme then just provide the options on the download builder.

I am doing the following:

Click on the "Themes" button from the jquery UI home page
Click on "Gallery" tab
Click on "edit" on any theme (like darkness)
modify the theme in some way
click on the "Download Theme" button

I do not get a response from the server

I have also tried to copy the url and paste in in later to force a download, but have had no luck..

yes - that is correct

This issue seemed to get fixed a few weeks ago, but now the exact same thing seems to be happening again (see original post).
